Qi Gong Classes

Qi Gong is a series of exercises involving movement meditation and breathing, used to maintain or restore physical and mental health developed in China thousands of years ago. Qi is translated as energy and Gong as practice. Marie-France joined the Universal Tao System, headed by Master Mantak Chia in 1989 and became an instructor in 1995. To this day she continues teaching regular classes as part of the Acupuncture curriculum at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

Qi Gong is an essential part of the personal cultivation of the practitioner, allowing for a more direct effect on the body’s energetic pathways. When applied over the skin or the needle, it enhances their therapeutic effects. For classes in Qi Gong with Marie-France, please contact her directly.
